HOW TO ORDER

- Send an email to ranaequilts@hotmail.com with your order information, or click here for a form that you can print out and fax to 212-316-2065. Attach a separate sheet, if necessary, for custom cuts and yardage. Retailers
& Distributors, please call 212-316-2063 for pricing.
- Payment: by Credit Card, PayPal (from bank accounts or by credit card) or check:
Credit Card: Email orders: Phone your credit card info to me at 212-316-2063. Please indicate if the billing address for the card is the same as the shipping address for your order. Fax orders: please include credit card
number, expiration date, security code and signature on form, or phone to me.
PayPal: Once you receive a confi rmation email or phone call with the order total including applicable tax and
shipping, send bank account or credit card payments to ranaequilts@hotmail.com.
Check: Once you receive a confi rmation email or phone call with the order total including applicable tax and
shipping, send checks to: RaNae Merrill Quilt Designs 370 West 118th Street #2D, New York, NY 10026.
Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be added to the merchandise total. Orders will be shipped within 7-10
days of receipt. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped. PayPal payments should be sent upon
receipt of confi rmation email. Checks should be mailed at the time you place your order, as the order will ship
when your check has cleared.
Return Policy: Unwashed, uncut fabric may be returned within 30 days for store credit. Patterns are not returnable.
Privacy Policy: Personal information you provide to us will not be shared with anyone else. We do not keep any customer credit card information on file, and any credit card information your supply to us will be destroyed as soon as we have finished processing your order.
