Merced Sunset

The idea for this quilt came to me one day while I was hiking in Yosemite National Park, and I made the first sketch in the sand on the bank of the Merced River as the sun was setting later that day. The unique glow in the design comes from the design of the panels in my first Radiant Collection fabrics.
